Friday, May 10 : 4-7pm
Saturday, May 11 : 10am-4pm
Sunday, May 12 : 10am-2pm
You’ll start with a 4′ length of vinyl fence post, and spend 3 days decorating it with a variety of colorful stained glass, glass or ceramic tile, beads, and other inclusions (feel free to bring fun items to personalize your art). Top it with a solar-powered, color changing light globe and this fantastic piece of BLING will brighten up your yard day and night, all year round.
This 3-day class approaches an intensive-style workshop and you should know that you can sit or stand and focus for the duration of class. Feel free to bring drinks/food/snacks to sustain you through the workshop.
Ages 15+ (under 18 with adult).
Please note: Everyone works at different paces, which makes gauging the time challenging. The cost of the workshop is based on the hours planned; if you do not complete your project during the scheduled time, you are welcome to return during Open Studio to finish (materials can be purchased and an hourly rate will be charged, to be decided based on skill level and instruction needed). If you cannot attend Open Studio, materials to finish may be purchased.
Options for displaying totems will be discussed.
